1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamCo ("the Service"), operated by TeamCo ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TeamCo is a task management platform for development teams. The Service includes web-based tools for project management, task tracking, collaboration, and integrations with third-party services such as Slack and email.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeamCo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
